If you are a current University of Utah student, 18 years or older, and own a iPhone or Android, you may be eligible to participate in a new study by researchers at Utah State University.

Participation will involve trying out an app for improved mental wellbeing and completing two assessments over an eight-week period.

If you are receiving therapy or counseling services, please note participation is completely up to you and will not limit the services you receive.

This study is supervised by Dr. Michael Levin (Michael.Levin@USU.edu), a licensed clinical psychologist.
