Comparing Self-Help Books for Depression

Test out a self-help book for depression.

Participation will involve:
  • Completing four online assessments: a baseline survey, a midtreatment survey after 5 weeks, a posttreatment survey after 10 weeks, and a follow-up survey 3 months after posttreatment
  • Using one of two self-help books available online over 10 weeks

In order to be eligible you must:
  • Be 18 or older
  • Be enrolled at Utah State University
  • Have not participated in other self-help studies run by the USU CBS Lab
  • Have depression symptoms
