An ACT Skills Group and Mobile App for Worry

This study is now closed. If you have any questions please contact Jennifer Krafft at (435) 932-0291 or by email at jennifer.krafft@aggiemail.usu.edu.
Participation will involve:
  • Completing an initial, in-person assessment
  • Attending two-hour group therapy sessions every week for six weeks
  • Using a mobile app for worry
  • Completing online surveys at the end of the group therapy sessions and one month later
 
In order to be eligible you must:
  • Be age 18 or older
  • Be fluent in English
  • Meet criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
  • Not have a severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia)
  • Not be receiving other therapy/counseling at the same time
 
Please note that participation is completely up to you, and you can withdraw from the study at any time without penalty.
