Self-Help Website for Adults with Chronic Health Conditions

We invite you to provide feedback on a new online program designed to help people cope better with chronic health conditions and improve their mental health!
 
Participation will involve:
  • Testing out a new online self-help program over 12 weeks
  • Completing two online surveys over 12 weeks
  • Participation will take approximately 30 minutes each week, totaling 6 hours over 12 weeks
All study procedures are completed online; there is no face-to-face contact. There is no monetary compensation for participating in this study.
In order to be eligible, you must:
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Currently residing in the U.S.
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have one or more chronic health condition diagnoses
  • Be interested in testing a self-help website
  • Have reliable internet access
