Single Session ACT Guide for Adults experiencing Anxiety or Depression

Click here to complete a screening to see if you are eligible for the study
We are recruiting for a research study at USU that aims to test a single session mental health and wellbeing program called ACT Guide Lite.  If you are eligible and choose to participate, we will ask you to complete a brief screening survey and baseline survey. You will then be randomly assigned to either the treatment condition in which you will complete ACT Guide Lite, or to a waitlist condition in which you will be provided the ACT Guide Lite program after a period of 4-weeks. You will then complete a follow-up survey 2 weeks after baseline and a final follow-up survey 4 weeks after baseline.

If you choose to participate, you will receive a $10 Amazon gift card after completing the baseline survey, another $10 Amazon gift card after completing the first follow-up survey, and another $10 Amazon gift card for the final follow-up survey.

Each survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. The ACT Guide program will take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete. Thus, it will take less than 1-2 hours total over 4-weeks to complete all study activities.
