- “FACE COVID” practical acceptance-based guide by Dr. Russ Harris and accompanying animated video. The FACE COVID pamphlet has also been translated into 20 different languages here.
- ACT Companion: The Happiness Trap App - available free of charge for the next few months. Just download the app from the Apple app store or Google Play store and then enter the code TOGETHER on the subscription page to unlock all the app content for three months. The code is valid until the end of June. Note: Unfortunately, the app is not compatible with the latest version of Android, so may not be supported on some newer Android devices.

Note: In most cases, therapists must live in the same country/province/state as the client to provide teletherapy services, due to licensing restrictions.

- Mindfulness and Meditation Resources – a set of mindfulness/meditation resources produced by Jack Kornfield, who has personally studied and trained as a Buddhist Monk in Monasteries of Thailand, India, and Burma. He also holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
Psychotherapy Resources for Individuals working on the Frontlines during the Pandemic
- Project Parachute is a project composed of therapists in most states across the country who have offered to provide free teletherapy services to frontline health care workers. (Note – the volunteer therapists participating in this project practice a variety of psychotherapy approaches)
- Mindfulness for Healthcare Workers – a guided mindfulness practice specifically targeted on helping healthcare workers maintain their personal well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.
