Insomnia Study for College Students
We are currently seeking college students across the U.S. who are struggling to sleep.
The purpose of the study is to test an online intervention for college students with insomnia

The principal investigator for this study is Dr. Michael Twohig ([email protected]). This project has been reviewed and approved by the Utah State University Institutional Review Board (IRB # 13376).
The purpose of the study is to test an online intervention for college students with insomnia
Participation will involve:
- Complete an initial survey and a sleep history interview
- Be randomly assigned to an online treatment for insomnia or waitlist
- Participants randomized to the intervention will be asked to engage with online treatment modules over the course of 4 weeks
- Complete questionnaires over the course of study (2 months) and can receive up to $25 for doing so
In order to participate, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- At least 18 years of age
- Currently live in the U.S.
- Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year university
- Have insomnia & not have another sleep disorder
- Fluent in English
- Not prescribed sleep inducing medication or medication for insomnia
